In a recent study, researchers reported that subjects who took a packet of green tea powder daily for two months experienced a significant reduction in blood sugar and diastolic blood pressure.

You can even use green tea as a pre-workout energy drink. It has a lower dose of caffeine than coffee plus it has loads of anti-oxidants!
