Day 34

Weight is staying at 128.5.

Breakfast was the same banana and tea and some Pure Protein bar. Lunch was the same as last nights dinner, a fresh green salad with all the veggies and some chicken that I picked off of one of those pre-cooked chickens topped with a bit of ranch. Dinner was a bit more of the chicken and a red potatoe after going to a kick butt Kettle bell class!

Weight today is still up at 128.5 this is frustrating.

I was very late for work so I grabbed a banana and tea and ran out the door. Lunch was good just two little Italian Sammies and a diet coke followed by a dinner of grilled pork chop and a red potato. I did make it over to the gym for a bit of Muay Thai and I started working on my pull ups for the police academy.

Time to get back on the ball after my cheat day. I wasn’t at home so I didn’t weigh in.

Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs and half of an orange. Lunch was grilled chicken with a bit of rice and left over potatoes.
Dinner was grilled pork chop with broccoli and cucumber slices and ¼ cup of black eyed peas ( they say they are good luck on new years ).

Weight is up at 129, breakfast was an orange and pure protein bar, I was feeling rather sick. Lunch was 2 Italian Sammies from Quizones and a diet coke.

Hit the gym for a Muay Thai class and worked on my pull ups. Dinner was a yummy salad with chicken used a cold already cooked chicken from Vons. Picked off chicken to add to my salad which was greens, avocado, tomato, and cucumber with a bit of ranch dressing.

So my total weight loss in month one is 14 lbs since I stayed at 127. WOW! Can’t be mad at that.

Felt crappy thing morning so I had my coffee and banana, but once I got to work I had a 4 pack of Snack Wells cookies and a diet coke (breakfast of champions).

No morning snack, but lunch was left over fish and cucumbers along with an amazing chocolate cup cake from extraordinary desserts (Yes it’s my officially cheat day).

Dinner was everything except healthy food. Ribs and baked rosemary red potatoes, salad with ranch and an amazing apple dessert with ice cream ( I did take a small serving). Also had some wine and a bit of champagne, but not enough to get drunk.

I’m back down to 128 lbs and feeling better, 13 pounds down and my work out pants are getting baggy on me.

It’s Saturday so no work today, breakfast was coffee and a banana and a half protein shake.

Snack was a banana, and lunch was left over salmon, a potato, and an orange. I spent the morning cleaning and washing the dogs but i think I really should still hit the gym, house work only burns minimal calories.

Didn’t make it to the gym but I did have a healthy dinner of more grilled salmon and a red potato, oh and another orange.

I gained a pound! I went back up to 129.5 and so frustrated. I guess I really need to work out again.

Breakfast was a new protein shake made by BSN Lean Dessert it comes in a bright red bottle and is suppose to be better for women. I also had a banana and my normal coffee.

No snack today, but lunch was a left over pork chop and a red potato from last night and 3/4 of a cucumber sliced with lemon juice, chili powder, black pepper, and a tiny bit of salt.

I’ve also been sippin on my Safeway (cheaper version of crystal light) peach ice tea all day.

Had a banana after work and then took a 3 hour nap. I actually made it to the gym tonight for an hour of cardio, abs, and push-ups. Dinner was grilled salmon and a red potato.

I didn’t know I’m down to 128.5, my body loves this diet! My metabolism is on fire.

I’m out of food so breakfast was coffee and an apple at 6:30 am,
½ of a Pure Protein bar a while later and 2 Sammie Italiano flat bread sandwiches for lunch.

Late afternoon snack was a banana. Dinner was late due to a million errands I had to run from being out of town for so long, but around 8:00pm I had a pork chop with a tiny bit of season salt and one red potato.

Still didn’t make it to the gym, I’m guess I’m getting lazy.

129.5 not as bad as I thought it would be!

I’m back on the diet, had coffee and 2 scrambled eggs and a piece of toast for breakfast.
Lunch was late 3:00pm due to my final interview for the new job with the chief of police. (It went perfectly) We celebrated at Pita pit!

Had a 3 hour drive home to San Diego and was so tired that I missed dinner and just went to bed.
Again no gym, this is bad.

Weight is still 129!

It’s another cheat day since its Christmas.

Breakfast was scrambled eggs, half a piece of wheat toast, and half of an orange. Lunch was snack foods at my parents, crackers and cheese. I think I had at least one chocolate ball and a few other little goodies.

Dinner was Prime rib with mashed potatoes and a crescent roll.
Once again no gym Its been a week now!

Feeling a tad bit better this morning but still not 100%. Hit the scale at 129 so I can’t complain. I figure I can’t expect to loose weight if I’m not working out.

Breakfast was one of those new Trimlogix soy meal replacement shakes with and apple and a Starbucks coffee. For some reason the shake didn’t want to go down so I plugged my nose and swallowed fast.

I got to wear my hot new jeans today to the office to that made me feel a little better. Lunch was a joke since everything was closed I ended up making a pork chop and eating an orange for lunch.

Dinner was a cheat night since its Christmas eve. I had a glass of wine with my pasta dinner (noodles, fresh tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil) I snacked on fresh bread with dipping oil and vinegar and tomato basil appetizers and brie.

Still 129 and that’s OK with me considering I haven’t been to the gym since Tuesday. I can’t seem to kick my cold.

Slept in till 10:00a.m. again and had half a protein bar, an apple and some coffee for breakfast.

I felt well enough to take my dogs for a walk but that was about it. I finished up my Christmas shopping but ended up spending way too much money on me and nothing on gifts.

I went to Banana Republic to try on a holiday outfit and found myself fitting perfectly into a great pair of classic boot leg dark wash jeans in a size 2! So as all women know if you actually find a pair of jeans that fit you, you buy them!

Lunch was a grilled chicken pita from the Pita pit and dinner a while later was left over salmon and ½ cup of sweet white corn.

It’s been so hard sticking to my diet with the holiday junk food piles at work. But I’ve been really trying. I weighed in today and the scale actually said 129 lbs. !!! I don’t think I can ever remember weighing less than 130 pounds.

I didn’t get up till 10:30 am, a big change from my normal 4:30 am wake up . Breakfast was 1/2 a pure protein bar, a banana, and a mug of tea.

Grabbed an apple as a snack before hitting the mall for after holiday shopping. Lunch was at the mall a Panda bowl (white rice with mandarin chicken) and a diet coke.

Boring grilled salmon and red potato for dinner with a good dose of Nyquil to help fight this cold.
