Creatine Reduces BodyFat

Creatine reduces body-fat by using a amino acid called Beta Alanine. This gets converted in the body to carnosine. High levels of carnosine in muscle is associated with greater muscle strength and endurance.

This is why the addition of beta-alanine to creatine will help improve strength, power, and body composition. Normal gym members and or subjects found that by taking creatine plus beta-alanine during a 10-week resistance training program experienced greater changes in lean body mass and body-fat.

When it came time for circumference measurements and strength testing, creatine plus the beta-alanine blew the pumped-up nos competitor away.
