Creatine is the second most important part of your new plan. Creatine is produced naturally by your muscles and has been reported to promote and increase significantly greater gains in strength, fat free mass, and performance.
Creatine also increases your endurance and helps to create that pump when you get after the workout. Or as I like at the end of the training the fullness of your muscles.
Creatine is to be taken as directed, but I suggest mixing it with grape or apple juice. The reason behind this is because the molecular structure bonds stronger with natural sugar and is easily and quickly digested.
Here are some additional creatine products that I recommend to my clients and athletes:
EAS Phosphagen Creatine 500g Creatine (1.1lbs)
Bally Performance Creatine Cocktail Powder, Fruit Punch, 31.1-Ounce Canisters
