Taking Dietary Supplements Now (Part 4)

Now it is time to mix things by adding another supplement called branched chained amino acids or known as (BCAAs), this one should be taken daily. Their are 3 essential amino acids (which means can’t be produced naturally by the body, and must be ingested) that have a similar molecular makeup and are taken together for optimal effect.

The 3 essentials are:

The super star of the 3 is leucine when it comes to muscle building because it both increases production of insulin, an anabolic hormone, and boosts protein synthesis.

Taking all 3 BCAAs together is ideal, though, because they’re easily converted to glucose, which spares muscle glycogen and amino acid stores gives you an extra surge of energy when you’re working out.
