Here is something very scary as people in our mindset, how we think when comes to eating out. Restaurants can be a calorie uphill battle. Even when your ordering carefully, choosing baked, broiled, grilled chicken or fish, or perhaps some whole wheat pasta. You may still find yourself with a dish that contains a full day’s worth of calories.
Most people, about 90%, underestimate the caloric content of restaurant meals by 50%, that’s a ton of calories. This can add up significantly with weight gain, especially if you eat out several times a week.
I’ll ask you a question; How many calories does a double bacon cheeseburger from Burger King contain? I will have the answer for you next week.
