Your Night Time Recovery Foods

Your night time recovery foods can help your blissful slumber in muscle recovery with a night time snack of 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat plain yogurt. By eating dairy products right before bed, you give yourself an amino acid drip through out the night.

Seven hours minimum of shut eye is extremely critical to the shape of your physique. Remember, sleeping is just as important as working out because our body needs to recover.

Since the casein protein in dairy is digested slowly, the amino acids are released gradually into the blood stream. That means your body will have a steady amount of amino acids that it needs for rebuilding tissue and help to maximize your recovery time and ease the amount of soreness.
