I did this diet many years ago and I’m back on it. As others have said, the first 3 days are hard but it is very easy after that. When I did Medifast the first time it was doctor supervised and that’s the only way you could get it. There was no “lean and green” meal involved then. I lost weight painlessly and very quickly. Unfortunately (10 years later) I’ve gain most of the weight back. I think I lost about 55 lbs at the time. Medifast has all the vitamins and protein you need to stay healthy and it really controls your hunger. Its a great program if you stick to it. You will definitely lose. I don’t like the soups but the shakes are great.

I started 3 days ago and have lost 5.5 pounds. I am very motivated because of the quick results, but do have to admit that it takes a little getting used to, but over all has been a pretty good experience. I have about 70 pounds to lose so I will see about posting periodically.

My friend Sabrina told me about this. She said it worked for her, and I had forgotten about it until I just read it again now. I saw her results so I’m going to get it. Thanks!

I’ve lost over 65 pounds in 22 weeks. I LOVE MF! It is simple and you have a meal with normal food so you keep in touch with real food. I think that is really important especially when you reach goal and transition back off the product. Give it a try – they offer a money-back guarantee what do you have to lose – except weight!
